The Beats By Dre Jamaica dinner is an annual event hosted by Beats CMO Omar Johnson as a unique opportunity to engage the people who have global power and reach in the worlds of sports, music and business. The event provides an opportunity for the brand to share their upcoming plans and products giving international influential guests brand awareness. The event hosts a cocktail hour, premium 150 person seated dinner and live performances and dancing closing the evening.  The 2015 event had a special focus on brand awareness with athletes and the upcoming 2016 Olympic Games.

As the Executive Producer of the 2015 event, Katie was responsible for elevating a 2 year running established event, bringing a new look, feel and energy to invited guests. This task involved international location scouting, vendor sourcing and oversight, event design, catered dinner for 150 guests followed by 2 live performances and high profile guest management which included Jamaican influencers including athletes, musicians, and celebrities.
