Every year, celebrities, musicians, athletes, curators, and heavyweight art buyers descend upon Miami for the international art fair, Art Basel. Beats By Dre capitalized on the localization of this creative and influential community, hosting a gifting suite of their most exclusive products. Included within the adjacent rooms was a custom fabricated Christmas themed content capture suite where guests were interviewed on camera to generate future digital content to promote the Beats By Dre products throughout the holiday season. Celebrity guests that passed through the suite included The Game, Fabolous, DJ Mustard, Ace Hood, Justine Skye, Estelle and more. The week of Art Basel culminated in a Beats By Dre VIP event featuring a performance by Wiz Khalifa and DJ set by Steph Floss with surprise guest host Lebron James and several members of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

As the Executive Producer, Katie was responsible for location scouting, negotiation and management, oversight over all staffing, inventory and catering, fabrication of the content capture and gifting suite, on-the-ground needs for the Beats By Dre executive team, and acted as the primary point of contact for the VIP event.
